Triton Homes strives for exemplary Customer Care. Our Warranty Service Program is one of the best available and we're working everyday to make it better. We understand the importance of your purchase and are excited that we have a hand in helping you build your future.
In order to provide you with the most timely and accurate service, we must ask that all Requests for Warranty Service (with the exceptions of emergencies as specified in your First Year Warranty Guide), be submitted on a Triton Homes Warranty Request Form (link below).
Please submit the Warranty Request Form either electronically or in writing to the Triton Homes Customer Care Department (contact information below). Triton Homes will then make arrangements for the appropriate Subcontractor to address your issue. The Subcontractor will contact you to make arrangements to meet you at your home to make repairs that are covered under the First Year Warranty.
Please refer to your First Year Warranty Guide before sending in any requests for service to make sure that the problem you are having is a warranted item.
Service appointments are available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
