Triton Homes was founded in 2002 to address the "brain drain" that has become all too common in many Midwest states. As a part of his personal faith, Joel felt driven to build people and not just homes by creating a company that would help both its employees and customers better their lives. With this goal in mind, Triton Homes has partnered with several metropolitan communities to provide innovative home ownership options designed to attract and retain young professionals while allowing them to build equity. Building throughout central Iowa, in the greater Omaha area and now expanding into Kansas City and beyond, Triton is committed to countering the exodus of young professionals and recent college graduates by providing quality homes for America's new workforce.
